In by email today was this little beauty. Clearly some sort of scam as I don't have a vehicle and have never had my details held by the DVLA! Even if I had this is still not a legitimate notice as the DVLA do not send these types of notices out. It is FAKE!
As the site linked from the email appears to be a compromised website it is probably hosting a drive-by download of some sort of malware.
