Community Buildings Log Books
Our Community Buildings Log Books were designed to provide a way of helping our local village hall management committee to meet its obligations under health and safety legislation. We looked at various commercial offerings and realised that they didn't meet the needs of community buildings such as village halls, so, using our experience of serving on such a management committee, we designed a form which is suitable for community buildings.
The layouts are clear and easy to follow, with sections to be completed by the person responsible for carrying out checks, and sections to show that the actions have been reported to and recorded for the building's management.
By using our Community Buildings Log Books you have a written record to show in case of any investigation by local authorities, and this helps prove that the management committee is doing the job properly.
All our Community Buildings Log Books are A4 format and are comb bound to make them easy to use when open. Each can be personalised to show your building's name & address, and charity number if relevant. Please include personalisation details with your order form as necessary.
The price per log book is £10 plus £2.50 postage, and each one should last you at least one year, depending on how often you undertake testing and how much you have to test.
